Back to the grind

Well, that was a nice week of not watching the news.  So now lets see what kind of crap I missed.

Merry Christmas, everyone.  I hope you are all enjoying it as much if not more than I am.

Christmas Eve

I've sung this before, but I think this song needs a woman's voice to do it justice.  Although I couldn't find a video that I really preferred - just one woman singing, with maybe a piano for accompaniment. It'll bring tears to your eyes.

Tantum Ergo

I consider this to be a minute and a half of pure vocal music bliss.



From the words which express delight and thanks in our Savior, to the harmonies that range from major to minor and back to major, this is one song that I wish every single choir would sing.

Seahawks in the driver's seat

Now we stil have to beat St. Louis, which in the first half of the season seemed to be a forgone conclusion.  But the Rams have been making life difficult for other teams over the latter half of the season, which leads me to think that it's not going to be a cakewalk.

If we win, 1st seed in the NFC.  If we loose, we're still in but we have to go through someone else's stadium.

Pardon me whilst I chew my fingernails off.
