Bush Blamed For Middle East Bloodshed

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Lieberman was heckled Friday by several Arab Americans angry with his support for Israel as he spoke about restoring peace and trust in the Middle East.

"What about the wall?" shouted several attending the Arab American Institute leadership conference as they interrupted Lieberman's speech. The reference was to Israel's plan to build a barrier that juts into the West Bank.
.
.
.
Lieberman blamed the lack of progress toward peace between Israelis and Palestinians on the failures of the Bush administration. He received applause for some of his comments, including his calls for tolerance and unity.
That frickin' Bush. He's out fundraising when he could be saving the Middle East from itself.
This guy sounds like me!

Check it out, but make sure you're not drinking anything when you watch it.
Oh my head...

The girlfriend, that wonderful woman, threw me a suprise birthday party last night. My birthday isn't until Monday, but last night was when people could come over and drink. So it happened. I haven't drank that much in quite a while, and needless to say, I'm still feeling it this morning. So I'm sitting here with my bloodshot eyes and the industrial strength coffee thinking of what to say.

Did I mention my birthday present? A Marlin bolt-action .22 rifle. I've been wanting one for the range, and now I have one. She's a beauty. Times like this I wish I had a cheap digital camera so that I could gloat and show off my goodies. Bah! Why waste money on a digital camera when I could buy ammo!

Side tangent: Ammo Day is November 19th! 100 rounds or more! It's a BUYcott!

So anyways, the girlfriend, that wonderfull woman, cooked up beef stroganoff for dinner, followed by a desert that is best described as a mix between mud pie and Baked Alaska. Heaven. Pure heaven. Chocolate galore. Couple that with an Arturo Fuente and a bottle of scotch, and it was a VERY good night. My friend Ari decided that instead of lighting a Buick on fire (a reference to the number of candles on my birthday cake, Ari?), he would just get me beer. Not as eyecatching, but it kept him out of jail. There was much fun had, much alcohol drank, and much food consumed. I'll let you know how the rifle performs at the range, since I plan to head there this afternoon. Right after I down the rest of the coffee and take a shower.

See ya tomorrow.

More linky love....

Because there is a lot out there that I think people should see.

Lee at Right Thinking brings us the story of another socialized health care success story.

A GRAN made fake blood with crumbled biscuits and cranberry juice to trick her way into hospital for an operation.

Trizka Litton, 62, had waited in agony for seven months for surgery to cure a hernia

She told ambulancemen she had vomited blood and was taken to Walgrave Hospital, Coventry.

Trizka threw away the blood in a trash bin before it could be tested.

But after she was examined she was given a bed — and taken into theatre the following day for an emergency op.

Trizka, 62 — now fully recovered — said: “I carried a heavy burden of guilt and shame at being forced to cheat and lie.

“But it vanished when doctors told me just how near death I had been.
.

Scary stuff. And this is what the Donks want to put into place in this country.

Dean Esmay has the goods on the Denial Of Service (DOS) attack that hit Hosting Matters, home to Instapundit. It's amazing that when the right disagrees with someone, we argue and try to prove them wrong. When the Left disagrees with someone, they try to shut them up. Who wants free speech again?

A guest commenter at NRO says that there has been a massive shift in Canadian politics that has gone un-noticed by the USA. One that could be very beneficial to Conservatives in both countries. All NRO pieces are good fountains of information, especially Victor David Hanson and Larry Kudlow. I could learn more by reading those two than by going to the local university.

Townhall.com has the Top Ten Myths about Canadian Healthcare, as well as an interesting round-up by John McCaislin that includes flu shots, handshakes, and commentary from Dr. Bob Arnot.

Dr. Arnot said contrary to reports, U.S. military morale remains very high in Iraq, adding that the majority of Iraqi citizens he interviewed are happy to be rid of Saddam Hussein. His views reflect a recent Gallup poll finding that nearly two-thirds (62 percent) of Baghdad's 6.3 million citizens think ousting Saddam "was worth any hardships they have personally endured since the invasion."

And last but certainly not least, Brain Terminal has an aborted video of a "palestinian" solidarity rally.

Even before the first speaker addressed the rally, people walked among the attendees, once again pointing us out as "Zionists". One protester came up to the camera and started blocking it with his sign. When I moved the camera several feet away, and the protester followed and again obstructed the view. I moved again, and he followed again. I tried raising the camera above the sign, but he just raised his sign.
....
Alexis and Tim also had cameras and were able to snap some stills and shoot few seconds of video. But they, too, were set upon by protesters. When they tried to use their cameras, protesters would put signs in the way. They dodged and weaved like basketball players, but at each turn, they were stopped. One protester with a masked face lunged at Alexis, threatening to break her camera and telling her, "I'm gonna kick your fucking ass." She was also hit by signs.

A slow day for me

At least online. Time to clean house, do chores, and all the things I don't get to while I'm working. I also have a birthday party to go to tonight. So, I'll be out of the house for quite a bit. No, it's not my party either. That one is on Monday.

So, I'll leave youi with yet another nag.

Don't forget, 100 rounds!
Religion of Peace Update...

"Jews rule the world by proxy", says Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad.
Oh Goody. Do we really need more laws to protect people from their own stupidity?

Will someone please tell me where the Gestapo-like desire to stamp out hazing comes from? The Michigan legislature is considering such a law. Hazing is voluntary, on the part of both the hazer and the hazee. Hazing is an exercise of free will, even in its most degrading and stupidest forms. Young men and women who don't want to be a part of fraternities and sororities can simply avoid it. If you don't like drinking until you puke or being deprived of sleep, then don't join an organization that practices hazing. Period. It's not too goddamn hard.

Let me also point out, having been a member of the Greek system at Michigan, that "hazing" encompasses extremely innocuous forms of behavior too, like wearing a pledge pin or eating Jalepeno peppers. Basically any newbie in an organization who has his feelings hurt can claim "hazing" in some way, shape or form. The freshman on the local high schol football team who gets a wedgie in the locker room can claim "hazing". I expect that this law will pass, and when it does, it will be widely abused.

OK, NOW can we nuke them?

Follow with me here, OK? You're the United States of America's State Department. With me so far? Good. You deal with other nations on a daily basis. You're supposed to have at least a basic knowledge of other countries and where they are on the map, right? Right.

So how in the name of all that is holy do you explain this????

Notice anything missing? Like, maybe, WHERE THE F(*&^ IS ISRAEL ON THAT MAP?! Let's check here... Syria, Yep. Lebanon, yep. Egypt, yep. Sudan, Oman, Yemen, U.A.E., yep yep yep yep. Lebanon, yep. They've even taken the time to draw in the "palestinian" territories. How nice.

Is this deliberate? Who knows? But after showing themselves to be nothing but despot loving, terrorist aiding bootlickers, I wouldn't put anything past the State Department. How long did it take for Foggy Bottom to remove "Visa Express", which allowed many of the September 11th hijackers entrance to this country? I have no doubt that many in the State Department would drop to their knees and perform fellatio on Arafat if they thought it would make that terrorist happy. Is that harsh? Maybe, but it would be the most likely reason for the sheer incompetance that we see coming out of State. I'm trying to be nice and not accuse them of corruption and treason, although that might be true as well.

Anyone want to drop them a note?

Thanks to Winds of Change for bringing this to my attention.
A good explination

Of why there are so many "Clinton haters" out there. As usual, all emphasis is mine.

Let me try to explain this in a way the Clinton-lovers might understand. In 1992, I voted for Mr. Clinton. I even persuaded my more conservative parents to do so as well. My arguments were, first, that Mr. Clinton was good for Israel; second, that he represented a sane version of the Democratic Party; third, that George Bush didn't deserve to be re-elected; and fourth, that Mr. Clinton was the man who talked about "the high cost of remaining silent and paralyzed in the face of genocide."

This last item was especially important to me. Like so many young people at the time, Bosnia was one of those things I cared about, at least in the way one "cares" about political things as a young man. It shamed me somewhat that the first Bush administration treated Balkan concentration camps as if they were none of America's concern. I wanted a president like Truman, a man who acted on humane instinct when his heartstrings were pulled.

That's not how it turned out. Mr. Clinton's policy on the Balkans was indistinguishable from his predecessor's.

I don't think this last part can be emphasised enough. People like to blame Perot for Bush Sr.'s losing the election. There was also this little fact that Bush Sr. had pissed of his support to the point that many people wanted to vote for a conservative who WASN'T Bush. Bush's tax raise, his abandonment of Iraq in '91 allowing the UN to take over, all contributed to him losing enough support that he lost re-election.

But Mr. Clinton was a New Kind Of Democrat. Unlike the first President Bush, he would not pay the "high cost of remaining silent and paralyzed in the face of genocide." Not only did he promise the most ethical White House in history, he was also going to pursue the most ethical foreign policy. These were pledges that, in 1992, won over political centrists like me.

But that's not what happened. And it didn't happen because there never was a "President Clinton." There were, instead, two incarnations of Candidate Clinton: first the challenger, then the incumbent. In both cases, no such thing as "policy" could be said to exist; Mr. Clinton moved where political convenience dictated. Among other consequences (not all of which were bad), one is the mass graveyard of Srebrenica, which Mr. Clinton, with truly mind-boggling shamelessness, now employs for rhetorical effects.

The late Jim McDougal, a partner of the Clintons in the Whitewater real-estate deal, once observed that Bill and Hillary were "like tornadoes moving through people's lives." Maybe in Arkansas that was no big deal. In Bosnia it was.

Time for some more Linky-Love!

We'll start of with Obnoxious Fumes, who reminds us that Victor Davis Hanson has another great piece out on NRO. Here's a taste...

French newspapers may blare, "The slowly rotting situation in Iraq, the Mideast and Afghanistan has destroyed the myth American omnipotence," but they don't tell us how removing the Taliban and Saddam Hussein is worse than selling weapons to them — or why and how France lost 30 times more of its own citizens to heat in a month than we lost soldiers in battle in two years. Apparently French apartments are far more deadly places than the Pakistani border or the Sunni Triangle.

Why yes, that is the sound of a bitch-slap being laid down! Cold Fury brings us a wonderful piece of writing from the Sharp Knife.

Ours is a time when "a real and generous love of our country" is fashionably mocked or at the least, held suspect. America's interests have been sold out for money or ideology at even the highest levels. The very idea of citizenship is constantly being demeaned, degraded & defined downward. Allegedly sane people think nothing of giving over our defense policy to the tender mercies of trans-national Ghanian technocrats, Syrian Ba'ath Party stooges and French diplo-whores.

One can't help but compare Mr. Forten's demeanor to those of certain other personnel, who, like Mr. Forten, volunteered for service in a very different America. Unlike Forten, they actually hoped to be sent to the West Indies...specifically Guantanamo. Not as POWs--but to conspire with the enemy held there. As spies for a medieval death-cult, these 'translators'...even a so-called 'chaplain', betrayed the country to which their lying tongues swore a meaningless oath. These snakes deserve the rope...and nothing less.

For those who don't know, three Americans were killed in Gaza yesterday.

The U.S. State Department said the three dead men were security personnel accompanying diplomats from the U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv, who were heading to interview Palestinian candidates for Fulbright scholarships at the education ministry. The Palestinian driver of the vehicle also was wounded.

Let there be no further doubt. The animals known as "palestinians" do not deserve anything but death. There will be no debate from me on this topic. Arafat and the rest of the monsters should be carpet bombed from the face of the earth. Israel has shown too much restraint, and they would be fully in their rights to wage complete and utter war on the animals known as palestinians the next time a bus blows up. The West Bank and Gaza should be nothing but scortched earth, a reminder that anyone who chooses to send children with bombs wrapped around them to kill your enemies do not deserve to be treated with any kind of human compassion.

Scortched earth. Blackened craters where Arafat and his murdering cronies once held court. Nothing left but ashes. If you don't like that, then maybe you should suggest to Arafat that blowing up busses and pizza joints filled with kids and grandmothers isn't the way to go about convincing your enemies, hmmmm?

Sorry that this is so long, but there are so many good essays today that it's hard to pick and choose them. Thomas Sowell has an excellent piece on Donk hypocricy and vouchers. Michelle Malkin has a piece on Media Bias and Donk hypocricy (hmmmmm, a common theme! Who woulda thunk it?) For those who don't know, I'm hot for Michelle Malkin. Good looks, logical, smart as a whip, and oh so pleasantly ruthless. She's the kind of woman who would hand you your ass on a platter with a smile and a "Oh I'm sorry, let me hand this back to you". Just awsome.

Brent Bozell points out how ruthless the liberals really are, giving lie to their claims of "compassion" Mike Adams writes about (duh!) liberal hypocricy, this time focusing on the 1st Amendment. Rich Lowery writes about a personal experience with Stuart Smally Al Frankin. Frankin writes about lies and lying because that's what he does best. In fact, lying is about all Frankin can really do.

That should be enough to keep you busy for an hour or two. Enjoy!

More proof that people just don't get it

Gun fearing idiots control advocates are upset because gun-control doesn't seem to be a hot topic anymore. As usual, all emphasis is mine.

“The modus operandi of the gun lobby is to keep the discussion down,” said Eric Howard, spokesman for the Brady Campaign to Prevent Handgun Violence (search).

But supporters of gun rights (search) say pro-gun control Democrats have learned the hard way that a majority of Americans think current laws are strict enough.

Oh, and that little study by the CDC that said "there is insufficient evidence that gun contro lowers crime" might have some play as well.

Much to the chagrin of gun control lobbyists on Capitol Hill and in state legislatures, current politics have not played well in their favor. They cite support by Democrats of a bill that would render gun manufacturers immune to lawsuits -- a cornerstone of their efforts to impose non-legislative controls on the gun industry in the last few years.

Can't get the laws passed? Screw the laws! Screw the people! We know what's right and we're taking it to the COURTS!

"The only thing that will set the industry straight is with lawsuits,” Howard said. The Brady Campaign has argued that the bill -- which has already passed in the House -- would protect dealers like Bulls Eye Shooter Supply (search), which claimed it lost the Bushmaster (search) allegedly used last year by Washington, D.C.-area sniper defendants John Allen Muhammad (search) and Lee Boyd Malvo (search).

Of course, the fact that Bulls Eye Shooter Supply had over 300 guns missing might lead some people to deduce that the owner of said store is corrupt. 300 guns, people. Now let's see what that amounts to in dollars, shall we? Let's say that each gun cost $300. Those of us who buy guns know that $300 is a very small amount. Most guns average between $400-$600. But $300 is a low-end pistol. Now then, over three hundred guns missing, at AT LEAST $300 a pop equals AT LEAST $90,000 worth of missing inventory. Name me ONE FRIGGING BUSINESS OWNER that completly overlooks $90,000 worth of missing stock! Unless you're completely incompetant, you don't. So this owner is either incompetant, or corrupt. In either case he shouldn't be selling guns. A lawsuit against him isn't going to do a damn thing. He need to actually GO TO JAIL! Ya know, like, enforce the damn laws we have now!

The reason that gun-control isn't a big issue is because people are starting to find that the gun grabbing nazi's control arguments are as full of shit as the politicians who promote them.

Monday, Monday

Altough this would really be my Wednesday, since I worked through the weekend. Meh. Who cares, my work weeks are all screwy anyways.

So, what's new for today? Well, besides Tim's prolific postings (which you DID go read, right? Right?) we have another good den Beste post. As usual, he takes the subject and nails it to the wall, the subject in this case being the cheese eating surrender money French ambassador saying that the US and France should "work together".

Work together means that the US should forget everything that France has said and done over the last two years, forget that it is the publicly avowed policy of the French political class to try to limit American power and influence, and to once again embrace the French as friends and allies.

Work together means that the French have no real power to force us to do anything, and thus can only manipulate us if we're naive and trusting. As long as we're suspicious, they no longer have any ability to shaft us, and they'd like us to drop our defenses so they can shaft us again.

And sending a powerful political message of empowerment to the Iraqi people means making sure that democracy fails there so that America gets no benefit from invading, even indirectly.

Now, anyone who knows me also knows that I think France should be bombed flat and turned into a parking lot/amusement park for our true allies, the British. Not only would the Brits enjoy all that Mediteranian coastline, it would prevent France from becoming the first EUnich country to fall under shari'a law. But SDB is correct in that by engaging in "Fruitfull Dialogue" with the French, we end up losing something. In order for dialogue to be fruitfull in the first place, both sides have to bring SOMETHING to the table. France has nothing. France has less than nothing. France is a one hundred pound lead weight tied around the neck of humanity, the embodiment of everything nasty, vile, foul, and corrupt in the Human Race. There's never been a Marxist dream too large or a tyrannical dictator too corrupt for France to swap spit with. We shouldn't be talking to France, unless our side of the conversation includes "Shut the hell up Chiraq, or we'll turn the 'City of Lights' into the 'City that kinda glows alot', if you know what I'm saying". "Fruitfull Dialogue" with France is the very thing we should be AVOIDING.

France has already announced it's intentions loud and clear. They want to be the counter to us, the USA. They want to be the next great superpower, to counter our influence. Go read some of Chiraq's ramblings about what he wants the EU to be. Not what he wants France to be, but what he wants the EU to be. What HE wants. This man's arrogance knows no bounds.

More from SDB: Which is why the 1980 election was a pure demonstration of exactly the attitude in America that the Europeans dislike most, as proved by the outcome: in 1980 we replaced Carter with Ronald Reagan.

But somehow they still think that it's all temporary, something we'll outgrow. All the calls for "healing", for "new cooperation", for "working together", really mean only this: "Have you come to realize just how unwise and wrong-headed you've been? Are you ready to start listening to us yet?"

"Healing" means America stops doing things the Europeans don't like. "New cooperation" means that America cooperates with Europe, not the other way around. "Working together" means American surrender.

Clinton, Carter, hell just about any Donk will be a whore for the EUnich glitterati, the European elite, because they have the same attitudes. "We know best. We're the ones who should make the decisions, not you." Hell, Billy Boy Clinton couldn't have whored himself any more for the EUnichs. Maybe that's part of the reason Algore lost.

Too many of Europe's leaders still live in a retro-fantasy that Europe can somehow once again dominate the world, as it did in the golden years of the 16th through 19th centuries. So they agree to grandiose plans to make Europe the most competitive economy in the world in just ten years (3 of which have already elapsed), while their economies are going into the toilet and are holding back the rest of the world. They promise to build up militarily but contemplate cuts in defense spending. They praise themselves for their clout, ignoring how little clout they actually have. They strut and bluster and preen, offer unsolicited advice to others, get angry and resentful when their advice is ignored, and take great pleasure and satisfaction from those few cases when they've been able to say, "I told you so!"

EUnichistan can't stand the fact that they're now backseat drivers in the world's highways. As I saw on one blog (the comments from Silent Running) "The world wouldn't worry so much what the US did or did not do if they would grow some balls and make some decisions themselves." Europe needs to decide just what they're doing, because so far their socialist ponzi schemes and suffocating government have made them insignificant on the world's stage.

And let's face it, Europe's stance on us isn't very favorable. Blackfive found a free-lance reporter from Paris who writes about Europe's distain for Americans.

One of my favorite quotes from the article comes from Jordi Carreno, a Spanish architect, when he was asked what he would like to see in a new president in 2005.

“A little bit of humility and cooperation in those items that the rest of the world cares about like global warming, globalization, and responsibility toward the U.N.”

And I like Blackfive's response to that:

Responsibility toward the U.N.? What about responsibility of the UN to follow through on its own resolutions?

What you want is our humility to kiss Europe’s arrogant ass. No thanks, I am not signing up for that. You can keep hating me and my president…

While I wait to see if Eunichistan is going to continue swirling the toilet or finally get flushed, I'll keep going with my supposed arrogance. At least we as a country can back up what we say. EUnichistan, on the other hand, kowtows to an un-elected group of thugs who were proud to put countries who A) shoot dissidents (Cuba) B) force abortion on women (China), and C) allow slavery (Sudan) in charge of their "Human Rights Committee", with another un-elected terrorist (Libya) as it's chairman. Bravo. Let's not forget that the UN was also going to put a country who had violated 17 different UN resolutions demanding disarmament over 12 years in charge of it's Disarmament Chair. Bravo again.

I'll take American Arrogance over EUnich slavery anyday.

Yeah, I'm PISSED!

Warning: Strong language and much cussing in this post.

Why, you ask? Well, I was reading Serenity's Journal (the webpage, not an actual diary, you dirty-minded sop!) when I found this little article.

A project by Seattle city officials to house chronic alcoholics in a 75-unit apartment building where they can drink together has been approved by the Washington state Court of Appeals.

The $8.6 million project near downtown Seattle will offer tenants meals and support services in an attempt to provide enough stability to allow them to attend treatment programs, the Seattle Post-Intelligencer reported.

Ah, yes. The city's in a financial crisis, the state's in a financial crisis, unemployment is still ungodly high in this part of the country, fire departments are struggling to keep their trucks in service, police and fire pensions are in danger of being cut back.... by all means lets FUCKING WASTE 8.6 MILLION FUCKING TAX-PAYER DOLLARS SO THAT SOME FUCKING WORTHLESS PIECE OF SHIT DRUNK CAN SIT IN A FUCKING TAX-PAYER FUNDED ROOM AND DRINK HIS FUCKING BOOZE! WHAT A GREAT FUCKING IDEA!

Wait, wait, I have an even BETTER IDEA! Lets buy them free booze! And maybe we can furnish tax-payer funded heroin for them too! Why don't we spend those tax-payer dollars for whores like the Seattle city council to go and suck some tax-payer funded drunken bum dick! What a wonderfull way to prove that you are nothing more than ANOTHER FUCKING DIPSHIT DEMOCRAT WASTING MY FUCKING MONEY!

It's a good thing that I'm not near any of those idiotic pieces of shit, or I'd be in jail for murder. But I bet I could get away with justifiable homicide. Serenity used to live here, and she just recently escaped. I dream of the day when I can do the same. I will stop on the Seattle City limits and take a steaming shit right before I leave this god-forsaken hell hole. The world would be better off if this city just disappeared into a sinkhole and slid strait to hell. 8.6 MILLION FUCKING DOLLARS so that a bunch of drunks can drink and shit themselves and puke in comfort. What a great idea. Fucking idiots. Brainless, moronic, good-for-nothing, asshats who shouldn't be in charge of wiping their own ass, much less a god-damned city.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
And By The Way

Just for those who STILL refuse to see....

"Saddam Hussein has been engaged in the development of weapons of mass destruction technology which is a threat to countries in the region and he has made a mockery of the weapons inspection process."
Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D, CA), Dec. 16, 1998.

"We have known for many years that Saddam Hussein is seing and developing weapons of mass destruction."
Sen. Ted Kennedy
(D, MA), Sept. 27, 2002.

"The last UN weapons inspectors left Iraq in October1998. We are confident that Saddam Hussein retains some stockpiles of chemical and biological weapons, and that he has since embarked on a crash course to build up his chemical and biological warfare capabilities. Intelligence reports indicate that he is seeking nuclear weapons..."
Sen. Robert Byrd (D, WV), Oct. 3, 2002.

"I will be voting to give the President of the United States the authority to use force — if necessary — to disarm Saddam Hussein because I believe that a deadly arsenal of weapons of mass destruction in his hands is a real and grave threat to our security."
Sen. John F. Kerry (D, MA), Oct. 9, 2002.

"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including al Qaeda members. It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons."
Sen. Hillary Clinton (D, NY), Oct 10, 2002

Bite me, Donks! You lying, slimy hypocritical sacks of shit!
For those who choose to be blind

Let me open your eyes for you.

Iraq repeatedly made false declarations about the weapons that it had left in its possession after the Gulf War. When UNSCOM would then uncover evidence that gave the lie to those declarations, Iraq would simply amend the reports. For example, Iraq revised its nuclear declarations four times within just 14 months, and it has submitted six different biological warfare declarations, each of which has been rejected by UNSCOM.
In 1995 Hussein Kamal, Saddam's son-in-law and the chief organizer of Iraq's weapons of mass destruction program, defected to Jordan. He revealed that Iraq was continuing to conceal weapons and missiles and the capacity to build many more. Then and only then did Iraq admit to developing numbers of weapons in significant quantities--and weapons stocks. Previously it had vehemently denied the very thing it just simply admitted once Saddam's son-in-law defected to Jordan and told the truth.

Now listen to this: What did it admit? It admitted, among other things, an offensive biological warfare capability, notably, 5,000 gallons of botulinum, which causes botulism; 2,000 gallons of anthrax; 25 biological-filled Scud warheads; and 157 aerial bombs. And I might say UNSCOM inspectors believe that Iraq has actually greatly understated its production. . . .

One of the greatest pieces about why we went to war I've seen so far. To everyone asking where the WMD are, I say this: Show me when and where Saddam disposed of the arsenal that he admitted to having. And then I will agree that there are no WMD. But if you can't do that, then shut the hell up. You were wrong before, and you're wrong now.
