There is apparently a limit to the number of times one can be lectured about saving lives from arrogant politicians who are all insisting that they know what’s best for the citizenry before one snaps and it would seem that I hit it sometime in the past 48 hours.
I hit that point a while ago. Keep in mind that not only have I not been in lockdown because I'm "essential", but for a month I was slamming 12-14 hour days in support of the military response to the Kung Flu.
I'm not the only one. The fear of this Peking Pox is fading fast, because people can see with their own eyes, and the hysterical screaming that we were going to lose over 2,000,000 people to the Cantonese Cough DID NOT COME TRUE.
The shifting timelines! THE FIRST DEATH WAS IN MARCH, AND NOW WE HAVE THOUSANDS! SHUT THE COUNTRY DOWN! Oh, wait, first death was actually in February, but SHUT THE COUNTRY DOWN! Wait, wait, it looks like this was here in January, but SHUT THE COUNTRY DOWN! Oops, our bad, it was in Europe in December, but you can totally still trust our prognostications because we're EXPERTS!
Experts in what? Fucking up this country beyond the point of no return?
My friend Brandon Morse made a wonderful video for our sister site RedState titled “The Economy Is the People.” He explains that the people who want Americans to go back to work are not, in fact, heartless, but the actual compassionate ones in all of this drama.
I'm at the point where I say that people who voted for Democrat governors deserve exactly what they get. Nipples Cuomo isn't going to lose his job, no matter how badly he fucked up, and he fucked things up good. The people of New York Fucking City will vote that bastard right back into office. That comic-book-villain looking turd in Kalifornia isn't going to lose his job. The people of Kalifornia will vote him right back into office. Michigan remains to be seen. Wisconsin remains to be seen. But the people who have screwed this up are not going to face any real consequences, and they know it. So they can continue to fuck things up and ruin people's lives with impunity.
The political elites in this country don’t care, because they won’t have any financial worries. We’re just game pieces that they’re jerking around.
Make no mistake about this: the Democrats would love to emerge from this with as many Americans as possible in financial ruin. It’s a twofold dream of theirs now. They hope to ruin the election for President Trump and they love it when people are in dire straits and dependent upon the government. Never mind the fact that the government is the taxpayers and has less money to spend when there are fewer of them, the Dems are quite OK with printing Monopoly money and all of the long term bad economic consequences of that route.
Every word of that is true. And at least half the electorate is willing to follow the communists into hell, while calling us who refuse "racist" or "bigots".
