There is no "gay" gene

There never was.  And they are not "born that way".

The twin study conducted at the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles, finds that homosexuality may be triggered by environmental factors after birth. The research uses an algorithm covering epigenetic markers from several genomic sites of 37 sets of identical male twins to predict homosexuality in males, with 70 percent accuracy, as presented at the American Society of Human Genetics 2015 Annual Meeting in Baltimore.
“The finding is highly controversial because it suggests that some men are not born gay, but are turned homosexual by their surroundings,” Sarah Knapton of Telegraphsuggested.
And yet again, let me post this quote from The Last Closet

What sets gay culture apart from straight culture is the belief that early sex is good and beneficial, and the sure knowledge (don’t think for a second that they DON’T know) that the only way to produce another homosexual is to provide a boy with sexual experiences BEFORE he can be “ruined” by attraction to a girl.

Homosexuality may be triggered by "environmental factors".

Even having disproven the Liberal narrative, they have to couch it in Politically Correct terms.

"Environmental Factors", like Mr. Bad-Touch using a kid as a sex toy when they're pre-pubescent.
