Gonna get snow tonight

And I have to drive into Richmond in the early morning.  This is going to be interesting.  I have no doubt about my ability to drive in snow.  I have YUUUUUUGE doubts about everyone else who lives around here, who didn't grow up in it and don't see more than a few inches once in a while.

These people can't drive in rain.  What they'll do on a snow-covered road scares me a bit.

those same people come here. theyre blasting along in their hopped up, tinted window squishy cars with tex-ass, kalifornication and georgia plates....and eventhough the road is both straight and flat, they end up a hundred feet off the road against the treeline, doorhandle deep in snow. it's frozen up here for 8 months out of 12. it's mostly dark for 6. if you're to dumb to drive in it or youre afraid of it, perhaps you should rethink your residency.....

the brakes are not your friends.... 4 wheel drive doesn't make you bulletproof, it just gets you deeper into trouble. safe travels. a hip flask full of single malt is an essential item in any winter road safety kit....

It reminds me of the Californians who move up to Idaho. Four-wheel drive does not mean four-wheel STOP. A lesson they don't learn, because we country bumpkins are just going to darn SLOW for them, don't you know!
