Gustavo Castillo Gutierrez, a 26 year old illegal alien previous deported three times has been charged with the death of sports journalist Bob Barry Jr. According to police, Gutierrez who was under the influence of cocaine at the time made an illegal u-turn from the right turn lane in front of Barry causing the crash.
