Democrat "Leadership"

Here's the thing, though - this can't be framed as a Democrat American Communist Party "Fail".  See, since they haven't passed a budget, and are using Continuing Resolution Acts, they're keeping spending at the levels they were at when they last passed a budget in 2009, which means they get to spend trillions of dollars more than if they passed a balanced budget.

You see what they just did there, don't you?  Don't think for one second that their refusal, not failure, REFUSAL to pass a budget is accidental, or driven by incompetence.  It is deliberate.
