Smokin'

Got seven pounds of bacon and two big hams in the smoker.  Got it set as cold as I possibly can, which in Wisconsin is several shades colder than anywhere else I've been, so this is going to be a good cold smoke.  Mix of apple and cherry.

Maybe I'll make it to church today.  After the past couple of months, that would be rather enjoyable.
