Someone tell me

If the S-CHIP bill signed by Kommisar Obama uses taxes on tobacco to fund the Democrat American Communist Party's socialist healthcare plans, doesn't that mean that they need MORE smokers to pay for everything?

Of course, if they don't get enough money off of THOSE taxes, then they'll just have to dip into the FedGov honeypot, right? I mean, it's for the CHILDREN!
