The charges against Marine LTC Chessani were dropped without prejudice. So, out of the eight Marines indicted, one has been acquitted of all charges, and six have had the charges against them dropped.
And John Murtha still has yet to apologize for going on national television and calling them cold-blooded murderers. The fucking bastard.
