I would like to thank "the Smallest Minority" for leading me in the direction of "Sentencing Law and Policy" This article discusses the Justice Departments appeal in U.S. v. Hayes, a case that I believe is based on the Lautenberg Amendment, and how its outcome could affect, or be affected by Heller v. D.C.
It is a short but interesting read that I highly suggest!
